Two passionate minds: a hunter and a wildlife observer, faced the same invisible barrier: the human breath, the undetectable trace left behind in nature.

 

Armed with scientific backgrounds in drug development, medical devices, and pharmacoeconomics, they set out to do what no one had dared before: apply biomedical precision to a problem the world had long ignored.

George Korkejian

George is a hunter and outdoor enthusiast who believes that great gear should disappear once you’re in the field, leaving only focus, awareness, and respect for the environment.

 

With over a decade immersed in the startup ecosystem, George has helped bring countless technologies from early concepts to real-world deployment. His strength lies in building robust operations, optimizing supply chains, and ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.

 

At Rozvelt, George leads operations, financing, and manufacturing scale with one priority in mind: making sure the product is available, consistent, and dependable when hunters need it. He focuses on building resilient supply chains, managing growth responsibly, and scaling production without compromising quality. His role ensures that Rozvelt remains a brand serious hunters can rely on, season after season.

Nicholas Monette

Nicholas is a lifelong hunter and outdoorsman who understands, firsthand, the importance of staying undetected in the field. Years spent hunting across varied terrains have shaped his deep appreciation for precision, discipline, and respect for wildlife.

 

With a background spanning healthcare, human behavior, and emergency medicine, Nicholas brings a rare ability to bridge science with real-world performance. His experience building and guiding products in highly regulated environments has given him a sharp instinct for translating complex ideas into practical, reliable solutions.

 

At Rozvelt, Nicholas leads the vision with one clear objective: design equipment that enhances the hunter’s presence in nature without disrupting it. His leadership is grounded in lived experience, not theory, driven by the belief that the best innovations come from those who rely on them when it matters most.

Meet Our Advisors

Jean Tremblay

Seasoned entrepreneur, particularly in the outdoor sector, and a executive, Mr. Tremblay brings invaluable expertise to Rozvelt. Notably, Mr. Tremblay played a pivotal role in the development of SAIL, which has since become Canada's largest outdoor retail banner. His extensive experience in management, commercialization, and distribution is instrumental in guiding our strategic decisions, fostering sustainable growth, and driving long-term value creation. 

Hugues Vaillancourt

Successful entrepreneur with a notable exit at Nutech and now CEO of Antler Firearms, Mr. Hugues Vaillancourt brings deep expertise in manufacturing and retail in the hunting and outdoors industry. His knowledge of the North American market, both commercially and regulatory, is a strategic asset for Rozvelt. Through his role as co-owner of the show Long Range Hunter, he also brings access to an influential industry network across North America. 

Jacques Caron

Passionate hunter and distinguished senior executive, Mr. Caron has led the world's largest outfitter, the SEPAQ, developing unique expertise at the intersection of strategic management, public policy and on-the-ground realities. His in-depth understanding of the regulatory and economic dynamics of the hunting and outdoor sector makes him a key advisor to Rozvelt. Thanks to his experience in governance and development of large-scale organizations, he brings a structuring vision to guide the company in its strategic growth and political positioning.

Sarah Mitchell

An experienced leader and strategist, Ms. Mitchell has over 15 years of experience in marketing, market strategy, and commercialization. With an MBA from HEC Montréal, she has worked in corporate and legal environments, where she contributed, as CMO, to brand awareness and business strategy alignment. Her career in complex organizations has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of business and governance dynamics. Her strategic vision and positive leadership foster growth, strengthen organizational cohesion, and create lasting value.

Charles Vaillancourt

With over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Mr. Charles Vaillancourt brings deep commercial expertise to Rozvelt. Currently Sales & Marketing Manager at Antler Arms, he plays a key role in driving brand growth and market expansion within the hunting and firearms industry. Prior to Antler Arms, he held senior sales and marketing leadership positions across major companies in the retail and mobility sectors, where he developed a strong understanding of customer behavior, channel strategy, and commercialization at scale.
