PROPER USE AND CARE

Our products are precision devices and require responsible handling.

 Improper use, storage, or maintenance can affect performance, hygiene, and safety. To ensure optimal function and longevity:
  • Follow all usage and wearing instructions
  • Clean the product regularly as instructed
  • Store the product in a dry, controlled environment
  • Replace filters correctly and as recommended
  • Only use original Rozvelt filters

Failure to follow care guidelines may lead to reduced performance, hygiene issues, or damage not covered by warranty.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Rozvelt offers a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of shipping. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

 

To remain eligible for warranty service:

  • The product must be used in accordance with Rozvelt’s instructions.
  • The product must be maintained according to Rozvelt’s care and cleaning guidelines.

If a covered issue arises within the warranty period, Rozvelt will assess the product and determine the appropriate resolution.

Warranty EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from misuse or improper handling, including but not limited to:
  • Incorrect wearing or use of the product
  • Use in ways deemed inappropriate or unsafe
  • Failure to follow medical advice or warnings
  • Health-related issues arising from improper use
  • Improper storage leading to humidity, bacteria, or malfunction
  • Failure to clean the product properly
  • Failure to replace or correctly position filters
  • Damage to filters or reduced performance due to misuse
  • Use of non-original Rozvelt filters
  • Ingestion of unwanted particles, including activated charcoal

Users should consult a medical professional before using the product if there is any uncertainty regarding personal health conditions.
