Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Rozvelt. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our store and website and is designed to provide transparency regarding how, when, and under what terms your order will be shipped.

1. Product Sales Categories and Timing

Rozvelt offers products through both pre-sale and regular sale channels. Pre-sale items are clearly marked as such on our website and in promotional materials. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • For both pre-sale and regular sale items, full payment (including applicable shipping charges) is required at the time of order. For regular sale items, shipment will occur according to the estimated delivery schedule provided at time of purchase following an order confirmation, while pre-sale items will ship on a best effort basis as they may be available.

  • Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided in good faith based on our suppliers’ projections, but actual delivery may be delayed for reasons outside Rozvelt’s control, including manufacturing, supply chain, or logistical disruptions.

  • As of the date above, shipping for current pre-sale items is expected to commence in early Q3 2026, on a best effort basis. Rozvelt will provide regular updates on the production and shipping timeline. If significant delays beyond Q3 2026 are anticipated, customers will be notified.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated and charged at checkout based on your geographical zone, shipping address, and selected delivery method.

  • Shipping rates are provided prior to order confirmation and are non-refundable once an order is accepted.

  • Rozvelt reserves the right to update shipping rates or methods at any time. Final rates and options will be displayed at checkout.

  • Here is an estimate of shipping costs. Prices may vary based on the items purchased, the delivery method selected and the time at which the order was placed. 

    Estimated shipping costs:

    Standard Shipping (CAN.): $5.95 – $59.95

    Standard Shipping (U.S.): $5.95 – $59.95

    International Shipping: $15.00 – $99.95 (varies by destination)

    Actual shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Shipping is free on orders over 99$ for the USA and Canada markets.

3. International Customers: Duties & Import Fees

If you are located outside Canada, you are responsible for paying any and all customs duties, tariffs, VAT/GST, import taxes, and associated fees applicable to your order.

  • These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

  • All such costs must be paid directly to the delivery service provider (such as UPS, FedEx, or other designated carrier) upon or before delivery.

  • Failure to pay applicable duties or fees may result in your order being delayed, withheld, or returned. Rozvelt is not responsible for any such consequences.

4. Delivery Estimates and Risk of Loss

  • Delivery periods provided by Rozvelt are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rozvelt is not liable for delays in shipment or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

  • Rozvelt will provide tracking information, where available, once your order has shipped.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete at the time of ordering.

  • Rozvelt is not responsible for shipping delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Requests to change the shipping address after order confirmation will be accommodated at Rozvelt’s discretion where possible, but may not always be feasible.

6. Failed Delivery & Return Shipments

  • If a shipment is undeliverable due to customer error or refusal to pay tariffs or accept delivery, Rozvelt reserves the right to charge additional return shipping or to cancel and refund the order (less applicable costs), at its sole discretion.

7. Policy Updates

Rozvelt may update or amend this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory requirements. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. You are responsible for reviewing the Shipping Policy as posted at the time of your purchase.
